The Baigorria family has been involved in Mendoza’s wine industry since 1960 and have combined new technology with traditional wine making techniques. Deep ruby-purple with good intensity and clarity. Ripe blackberry and plum dominate the aroma profile. Gentle spice from brief oak contact adds vanilla and subtle pepper. Medium-bodied with soft, approachable tannins that provide structure without astringency. Dark fruit flavours continue from the nose, supported by balanced acidity.
