This malt from the Isle of Jura is an excellent introduction to coastal malts. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills and matured for 10 years in America White Oak ex bourbon barrels. The finishing touch is a finish in the finest aged Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
