Named after nearby Knock Hill, which the locals call anCnoc. This elegant Speyside malt has complex aromas of honeysuckle, dried heather, lemon and light smoke. The palate is light with sweet notes and flavours of honey, apple, nut and grapefruit, that evolve into notes of brine, wildflower and spice. Enjoy neat, or on ice.
