Deep ruby red colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and black pepper. The palate intensity is complemented by the softness and sweetness of tannins. Full-bodied and well structured. Pair with grilled or broiled red meat, deer, hard cheese.
90 Points - Natalie MacLean
Aromas of blueberry, purple plum, campfire smoke, and a bit of warm, sweet spice. Full bodied on the palate soft, drying tannins, and rich, ripe blueberry and plum flavours. Slight hints of warm spice notes on a lengthy finish. Enjoy with grilled meats.
